1. Scope of Work
All services provided by VLS Constructions will be clearly defined in the project agreement, including design, materials, specifications, and execution scope. Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.
2. Pricing & Payment Terms
All project costs will be shared transparently before the start of work. Payments must be made as per the agreed milestone schedule. Delays in payment may result in project delays.
3. Project Timeline
Estimated timelines will be provided based on project scope. While we strive for timely delivery, delays due to external factors such as weather conditions, approvals, or unforeseen circumstances will not be considered a breach.
4. Material & Quality Standards
We use specified brands and quality materials as agreed in the package. Any change in material selection requested by the client may affect pricing and timelines.
5. Design & Changes
Any modifications requested after project commencement must be approved in writing. Additional costs and timeline adjustments may apply for such changes.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate site details, required documents, and necessary approvals. Any delay in these may impact project timelines.
7. Site Access & Utilities
The client must ensure proper site access, availability of water, and electricity for construction purposes unless otherwise agreed.
8. Warranty & Maintenance
VLS Constructions ensures quality workmanship; however, normal wear and tear or damage due to external factors is not covered under warranty.
9. Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation of the project after agreement may involve applicable charges based on the work completed and resources allocated.
10. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably. Legal jurisdiction will be as per the company’s registered location.
